Cardamon is native to the shadier region of India and Ceylon. It has a gentle airy taste of Ginger with a touch of Pine. Cinnamon adds a nice spicy depth of it.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, Ginger, Carob, Cardamon, Chicory, Pink peppercorns, Star anise, Cloves and Cassia Oil
Brewing: 1 tsp per 8oz water 200 °F, 4 minutes, re-steep 2-3 times or as you like
