The classic Chinese flat leaf, pan fired green tea, only from Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province is also known as Lung Ching or Longjing. Smooth, aromatic & intriguing. Considered the standard bearer for Chinese green tea.
Ingredients: Organic green tea
Brewing Suggestion: 1 tsp per 8oz water, 180 °F, 3 minutes, re-steep 3 times or as you like 
Tip: it would be great if you could pre-steep the tea for 5-10 second before the first steep.
